For carriers
Run vans or lorries? Become a partner carrier.
We pass on jobs that fit your vehicles and areas. You carry the job and DRVX pays you: the customer pays DRVX, so there’s no customer to invoice or chase. Licence and insurance checked first, and no work is passed on without a signed agreement.
FAQ
Straight answers
Who actually carries my goods?
One of our vetted partner carriers. They hold their own operator licence (for vehicles over 3.5 t) and goods-in-transit insurance. DRVX arranges the job as your booking agent and stays your point of contact.
How much will it cost?
For standard jobs (a small van up to a 44 t artic, within mainland Great Britain) you get an instant fixed price from our rate card: tap “Instant quote” in the chat, or use the quote form. Specialist or unusual jobs get a price confirmed by DRVX. Nothing is booked until you accept. You pay DRVX the price you accepted, upfront by card or bank transfer (or on an approved business credit account), and DRVX pays the vetted partner carrier.
How quickly can you collect?
It depends on the job and partner availability. For urgent work, send the request and call us on 07543 933825. We’ll tell you honestly what’s possible.
Do you cover my area?
We arrange transport across mainland Great Britain. We can’t arrange jobs to or from Northern Ireland, the islands or outside the UK.
What can’t you move?
No hazardous (ADR) goods, no temperature-controlled loads, no live animals and no international work.
Which vehicle do I need?
Use the vehicle selector, or tell us the weight, number of pallets and longest item. We’ll recommend one, and the partner carrier confirms it. As a rough guide for moving home: a few boxes or one item fits a small van; a studio or a small one-bed flat usually needs a short or long wheelbase van; a one or two-bed flat with furniture usually needs a long wheelbase or Luton van (Luton vans often have a tail-lift for sofas, beds and white goods); a bigger house may need a 7.5 tonne lorry or two trips.
